Shipping & International Orders
Shipping will be calculated during checkout (based on live rates using final weight, distance of travel, and speed of delivery). Orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 2 to 3 business days. Customers should account for 2 to 3 extra days for order processing.
We offer both USPS and UPS, but we recommend UPS as our preferred carrier.
Note on USPS Media Mail: Since USPS Media Mail doesn't have any insurance attached to it and its meant to provide a very low cost for shipping, any orders that are lost, damaged or incomplete with Media Mail are under the responsibility of the customer.

Two important notes regarding international orders:
1. The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. 9Marks is not able to make changes to the shipment after it has left the warehouse. 9Marks cannot guarantee that it will reach the destination if the address is incorrect. If you submitted an order with the wrong shipping address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If you need assistance entering an international shipping address, please email email@example.com.
2. 9Marks cannot cover any losses or provide any type of warranty on packages shipped outside the United States. 9Marks has successfully sent packages internationally, but others have been lost, stolen, or damaged. The customer accepts all risks on international orders.
